Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Report details you enter — the site address, development description, areas and any optional details. These are the inputs your report is generated from.
• Generated report data — the site data, calculations, maps and report content produced for your site, stored against an unguessable report link so you can return to it.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only confirmation of payment and the receipt email address you give Stripe.

2. How we use it

• To generate, store and let you re-download your report.
• To take payment and unlock your final report.
• To look up publicly available solar, energy and mapping data for your site from official sources (for example the European Commission's PVGIS solar resource service) — the site location is sent to those services to retrieve their data.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
• We do not require an account and do not collect information beyond what the report needs.
• We do not store card numbers — Stripe handles all card processing (see the Stripe privacy policy).

4. Cookies & local storage

The service uses your browser's local storage to remember your report link so you can come back to it. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

5. Retention

Report records are retained so that your purchased report remains re-downloadable. You can ask us to delete a report and its details at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via clockfortress.com quoting your report reference (shown on your report page and in the PDF footer).
