Our guarantee: if your report is rejected by the local planning authority, send us the comments received from planning together with your report and we will amend the report — or provide a full refund.

1. If planning rejects your report

If the local planning authority rejects your report or raises objections to it, contact us and send:

the comments received from planning (the officer's letter, validation note or consultation response), and
your report.

We will review the planning comments and amend the report to address them at no extra cost, or — if you prefer, or if the issues cannot be resolved by amendment — provide a full refund of the fee you paid.

2. How to claim

Contact us via clockfortress.com with your document reference (shown on the download page and on the report cover), the planning comments and your report. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

3. Faulty delivery

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from downloading a final report you have paid for, contact us and we will restore access to your report link. This policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of digital content that is faulty or not as described.
