Fortress Associates was founded in 2010 by Daniel Ashworth, a chartered surveyor frustrated by the bottlenecks of large consultancies — and by clients who couldn't get senior attention without paying senior firm-name premiums.

Sixteen years on, we've grown to a tight team of chartered consultants and senior technicians delivering 500+ approved compliance reports across London and the UK. We've kept the founding principle: senior people, no advance payment, and clear communication every step.

Today we're a Building Safety Regulator-aware practice, supporting Higher-Risk Building submissions and the most demanding planning environments in the UK.
